We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Notice Requirement: • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This helps accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with 24 hours notice are subject to be charged 50% of service. Cancellations less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total.
